Do you need to remineralize reverse osmosis water?

Do you need to remineralize reverse osmosis water?

100% yes. Reverse Osmosis (RO) water is very clean. But clean doesn’t mean healthy.

RO filters do a great job of removing contaminants from the water, but they also remove the beneficial minerals that should be in our water. When those are removed, the water will taste stale and can even pick up flavors from the storage tank bladder. Our bodies are not able to process demineralized water and we miss out on minerals important for our health.

By reintroducing minerals, you make the water more hydrating, easier to drink and better tasting.

The catch comes with knowing which method of remineralizing is the most effective and best fit for the situation. Those tips can be found HERE.
