Why It’s Easy
All Waterdrop RO systems use ¼” tubing from system to faucet — so adding the REMIN is as simple as splicing it in.
What You’ll Need
- Sharp blade or tubing cutter
- A bowl/container (to catch water)
- The REMIN cartridge + included clip (get it here)
- A towel (optional, but helpful)
Prep the System
1. Turn off the water supply.
2. Open the faucet to relieve pressure and drain any remaining water.
3. Identify the best location for a horizontal REMIN install — this is critical for proper flow.
Cut the Tubing

Cut the ¼” tubing straight across, not at an angle or jagged — this ensures a secure connection. Place a bowl underneath to catch any water.
Mount the REMIN
Attach the included single-side clip to the wall or cabinet interior where the REMIN will be installed.
Connect the REMIN

1. Remove the white plugs from each end of the REMIN:
Push the plastic collar toward the REMIN while gently pulling the plug.
Avoid yanking! This can damage the internal fitting and cause leaks.
2. Follow the flow direction:
The inlet (back of arrow) connects to tubing coming from the Waterdrop system.
The outlet (front of arrow) connects to the faucet tubing.
3. Push both tubes in firmly until fully seated.
Snap It In – Horizontally!
Snap the REMIN into the mounted clip.
Ensure it’s perfectly horizontal.
This ensures the media layers inside perform correctly for pH balance and antioxidant boost.
Final Steps
1. Turn water back on and check for leaks. If you find one, push the tubing in deeper — that usually solves it.
2. Flush the REMIN until water runs clear. Let it sit for a few minutes, then flush again.
Enjoy Enhanced Water
You’re all set — your Waterdrop system now delivers clean, mineral-rich, pH-balanced, antioxidant water, just like nature intended.
