We’d say get breathe more air but we’re rather good at respiration already!

Drink more water. It seems so simple… but it’s not?

We know that water is essential for life. It is the most basic and vital human need apart from the air we breathe. Yet most of us struggle with chronic dehydration, despite all types of health professionals ingraining that simple message in our minds.


Our glass-half-full perspective is the problem provides us with an opportunity to easily get healthier! 50-75% of the body is water, depending on age. And the trillions of cells in the body are made up of over 70% water. We cannot consciously feel the vast majority of them, but water affects countless bodily functions every second of every day.

Translation: better hydration = better overall health

Consider how much time, energy, and money we put into maintaining good health through nutrition, sleep, exercise, mental health management, medications, supplements, etc. And how something as “easy” as drinking more water can improve countless bodily processes, with benefits including:
